Tony and Julia are not only the founders of Sapoori, but also the creative minds behind every cocktail and every event. With their passion for mixology and outstanding experiences, they have turned Sapoori into a successful concept that brings people together and offers them unforgettable moments.
From an idea comes passion
In 2010, Tony Oliviero and Julia Trotzki opened the first bar school in Frankfurt am Main. What was originally designed as a training center for aspiring bartenders quickly evolved into a dynamic hub of entertainment and creativity.
The founders' passion for mixology was too great to confine to a classroom.
From this simple bar school emerged Sapoori, an epicenter of cocktail culture where the boundaries between teaching and experience blur. Here, guests are not just spectators but active participants in a fascinating world of enjoyment.
Julia Trotzki
As a trained hairdresser and master of her craft, she brings her precise craftsmanship and creativity to mixology. Even during her time as a hairdresser, she established herself in the event sector, proving her versatility.
Tony Oliviero
He is a four-time German champion in show mixing and has participated in numerous national and international competitions during his 25-year career, impressing with his unique talent.

Our vision for the future
In recent years, we have increasingly focused on event catering. Starting in September 2024, we will expand our offerings with another cocktail school in Mallorca. More exciting projects are already in the pipeline.
