🍹 How does a cocktail course at SAPOORI in Cala d’Or work?

Simply put: like a relaxed evening with friends – just better mixed.
Our cocktail course in Cala d’Or usually lasts two hours, during which you won't just watch, but mix, drink, and laugh yourself. If you wish, you can also extend the course to three hours – more time, more drinks, more fun.

It starts with a welcome drink. After that, you'll get a casual introduction from the bartender – no long lectures, just exactly what you need to get started right away.
And then? You'll mix your first own cocktail – with professional support, but at your own pace.
The difference from many other courses?
You drink your drink completely yourself. No sample sip, but your whole cocktail – just the way you made it.

As soon as the first glass is empty, we continue with the second drink. In the 2-hour course, you mix two cocktails per person, in the 3-hour course up to four.
There are also small snacks like pretzels or chips, refreshing infused water, and – the highlight for many – our little photo booth corner with props for selfies & memories.

And if you want a little less alcohol (or none at all), that's no problem at all – you decide how strong (or mild) your cocktail will be.

The atmosphere?
Like in your best friend's living room: family-like, relaxed, with real laughter.
You don't need a pen, no notebook – just good vibes and a desire for something new. If you want, you can even learn a little show-bartending move. If not, your perfect cocktail for toasting will suffice.
